As the president of non-profit organization Hearts, Bolin is the host and organizer of
2023 and 2024 Youth International Cultural Exchange Conference Focusing on Teens and 2023 and 2024 Youth International Environmental Protection Awareness Conference Focusing on Teens. The conferences gathered more than 150 participants from around the globe, including Canada, Australia, China, and the U.S., and featured speakers from Liberia, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Kiribati, Canada, the U.S., and China. The Conference Proceeding is compiled and published, and is available on Amazon.
Bolin starts the process of inviting the speakers 3 months before the conference while making a plan for fundraising and distributing the tasks to the members of Hearts. She also starts to contact various schools and clubs for cooperation and participation, detailing the vision of hosting these international conferences. Every speaker submits their topic of speech a month before the conference and the slides, biography, and script two weeks before the conference. The program and flyer would be put into work once the topic of speech are collected, and the members of the Hearts would start to translate every slides for better understanding of the audience once the slides are collected. After printing the program, sending the invitation and flyer, and confirming the offline conference locations in different cities and countries, Hearts members would come to the conference site early in the morning to check for Zoom connection and dessert supply, and other Hearts members would rehearse their speech again for better performance. After the conference ends, Bolin leads the compilation of every speaker’s script, and then HEARTS would publish it as a book.
Joining The Tempus Magazine as a writer, Bolin manages the Lifestyle Column and became the managing editor in chief. She manages over 10 Column Editors and the magazine publishes 1 article a day now. Bolin also published a book called “On The Road: A lifestyle Guide to the Wonders of the World,” avialable on Amazon.
She is also a class co-president (2023-2024), International Students Association head (2024-2025), Student Activities Committee Head (2024-2025), and Health Dragons Club Founder (2022-present).
